Contact the Grievance Officer

For questions and complaints about personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Who you are writing to

Arpit Kumawat is Data Group’s Grievance Officer. Data-protection questions, requests about your own information, and complaints about how it has been handled all come to him.

Use the form below and it goes straight to him. If you would rather write on paper, the postal address is in the panel — mark the letter for his attention.

What to tell us

The more precise you are, the faster this is resolved. It helps to say what you are asking for, when the thing you are asking about happened, and how you came into contact with us — a form on this site, a company you bought from, an email you received.

Please do not include sensitive information in the message box — no identity numbers, financial details, health information or passwords. If we need something like that to identify you, we will ask for it separately and tell you why.

What happens next

You will get an acknowledgement, and we will tell you what we need from you to verify that the request is yours. If we cannot do what you have asked, we will say so and explain why.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the Act gives you the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Send a request

We ask for a name and an email address only, because that is all we need to reply to you and to check the request is yours.

We reply to this address and nowhere else.

A month and year is enough. Leave it blank if it does not apply.

What you are asking for, and anything that helps us find the right records — which company or brand, and how you were in contact with us. Do not include identity numbers, financial or health information.

What you type here goes to Arpit Kumawat and is kept only as long as it takes to deal with your request and to show that we dealt with it. See the privacy policy.
